团队介绍：我们是飞书内部的 AI 算法研发与中台能力建设团队，围绕 LLM、Agent、多模态、语音 ASR 等方向，系统性建设 AI 中台能力，并支撑飞书多款 AI 核心产品落地。现阶段重点投入豆包办公任务模式，依托飞书成熟的一站式协作与管理能力，以及豆包办公任务模式领先的大模型能力，我们正在打造深度融合沟通、会议、文档、知识、创作与执行全场景的下一代 AI 办公产品，推动办公平台从传统协作工具升级为智能生产平台。 团队不仅做业务落地，也持续探索前沿技术边界，研究成果已发表至多个顶级会议，并在企业问答、会议待办、文档解析等真实场景沉淀多项技术专利。 加入我们，你将有机会同时参与 AI 中台能力建设、AI 核心业务落地、前沿研究成果产品化，把大模型与 Agent 能力真正推入企业办公主流程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责产品维护，日常问题排查，包含iOS、Android端、鸿蒙、Web； 2、参与App性能、稳定性优化； 3、参与客户端基础组件及架构设计，推进研发效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，对移动产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础；熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Java、Kotlin、Objective-C、Swift、C、C++； 4、关注新技术发展，对AI有热情和好奇心，有良好的学习和动手能力； 5、有团队精神，具备良好的沟通能力、责任心。
