团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、项目全流程管理：负责游戏3D采集标注及键鼠操作数据采集或标注项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求拆解、WBS、进度把控、交付质量保障； 2、团队管理：统筹标注团队的人员调度、任务分配与产能管理，合理规划人力，控制人力与时间成本； 3、跨团队协同与风险管理：拆解模型迭代的核心数据诉求，参与制定训练数据体系的落地策略，制定数据采集、标注质检规则；打通数据流转与协作流程，解决资源冲突与需求变更；提前识别效率、质量、人力等风险并推动应对方案落地； 4、数据策略制定：制定数据标注策略，推动标注流程自动化，运用PE工程或Vibe coding自主搭建提效平台与可视化工具。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、游戏设计、数字媒体、3D建模等相关专业优先； 2、1-3年以上游戏项目管理相关工作经验，有游戏数据标注、AI数据处理或游戏项目管理经验者优先，具备游戏引擎图形/渲染方向产品设计更优； 3、懂游戏制作逻辑，熟悉常见开放世界游戏与World Model训练基础链路；熟悉Unity、UE等主流引擎及ZBrush、Blender、Maya、3ds Max等建模软件；对4D BBox/Trajectory/Object标注和3D AI、视觉生成模型有基础认知；对材质、光照、阴影、后处理等画面表现问题有较强的识别与分析能力； 4、认真负责、细心严谨，负责人意识强；具备优秀的团队管理与跨部门沟通能力；具备基础数据分析能力，了解Python或能用Vibe coding搭建工具者优先； 5、熟悉PC/主机/移动端游戏，累计1000小时以上3D单机游戏体验（如《艾尔登法环》《对马岛之魂》《只狼》《GTA》系列），能基于实际游玩体验分析不同作品在场景氛围、光影材质、开放世界与线性关卡上的画面表现差异。
