1、负责AI音乐创作产品的运营，围绕用户创作需求与AI能力制定运营策略，推动产品迭代与用户增长，提升创作转化、活跃留存及优质歌曲供给，对运营效果负责； 2、通过用户调研、行为数据与反馈分析，识别音乐创作过程中的需求与体验问题，维护需求池，协同产品、算法、研发等团队推动需求评审、迭代上线与效果验证； 3、跟踪AI音乐、多模态模型及Agent应用趋势，结合创作场景提出评测需求，参与模型效果评估与应用选型；持续分析生成效果与使用过程中的典型问题，推动优化并跟踪改善效果； 4、负责用户增长与创作者运营，挖掘、招募和培育有创作潜力的用户，通过分层运营、创作活动与激励机制，促进用户首次创作、持续创作及优质作品产出； 5、负责产品及新功能的上线推广，包括卖点提炼、用户教育、创作教程与案例、渠道协同，监控推广与使用数据，独立完成方案策划、执行落地和效果复盘。

1、本科及以上学历，有产品运营、用户增长或创作者运营相关经验，能够独立推进从问题发现、方案制定到落地复盘的完整项目； 2、对生成式AI有较深入的理解，熟悉主流AI创作产品及Agent应用，能够开展行业调研与场景分析，对AI音乐的用户价值、能力边界及应用方式有自己的思考； 3、具备较强的用户洞察与数据分析能力，能够结合用户需求、行为数据和具体案例定位问题，制定可执行的运营策略并验证效果； 4、具备良好的内容策划、表达及项目管理能力，自驱力强，兼顾策略与执行，能够协调跨团队资源推动项目落地。
