1、负责客服平台核心模块的需求分析、技术方案设计、开发实现、联调测试与上线迭代，保障需求高质量交付； 2、负责前后端一体化研发，覆盖客户端/工作台交互、服务端接口与业务逻辑、数据存储及上下游系统集成； 3、参与工单流转、实时会话、任务分配、权限与配置、多渠道接入等复杂业务场景建设，持续提升系统可扩展性与稳定性；结合业务发展阶段，抽象通用能力，推进平台化建设，提升研发效率与业务复用度； 4、与产品、设计、运营、算法及相关技术团队协同推进项目落地，推动复杂问题识别、拆解与闭环； 5、持续优化系统性能、质量保障与工程效率，完善监控、排障、容灾与可观测性建设； 6、探索AI在客服业务中的合理应用，推进智能辅助、知识推荐、质检分析、流程自动化等方向与业务系统结合。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等核心知识；在前端或后端方向具备扎实积累，并具备跨技术栈协同能力，能够完成较完整的业务链路交付； 3、熟悉至少一类主流前端技术栈（如React、Vue等），理解复杂交互实现、状态管理、性能优化与工程化实践；熟悉至少一类主流后端技术栈（如Node.js、Java、Go、Python等），具备服务设计、接口抽象、数据建模与稳定性治理经验； 4、熟悉常见基础组件与中间件，如MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列，以及WebSocket等实时通信机制，并理解其适用场景； 5、对平台型系统、B端业务系统或复杂业务链路有较好的理解，能够在需求快速迭代过程中兼顾交付效率与长期演进，具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析与推进能力，能够在跨团队协作场景下推动项目落地； 6、能够熟练使用AI工具提升研发效率，并对AI与业务结合场景保持关注与思考。

加分项 1、有客服平台、工单系统、在线会话、CRM、运营平台等相关领域经验； 2、有复杂B端系统、配置化平台、权限系统或平台化能力建设经验； 3、有AI应用落地经验，包括但不限于知识问答、流程自动化、智能辅助、质检分析等方向； 4、有跨团队项目推进、公共能力抽象或技术专项治理经验。
