团队介绍：抖音AI团队主要负责抖音项目以及团队内的AI落地相关基础建设工作。我们的职责是用前沿的AI技术去赋能抖音应用以及抖音团队。我们希望在AI技术的加持下，能够更好的给抖音用户带来更好的信息消费体验，也能够让抖音这个大型组织能够更加高效的运转，从而更加及时的满足用户的各项诉求。团队主要负责抖音AI基础建设，包括但不限于模型训练、Agent相关的工程链路开发、通用Agent工具抽象以及AI Native的各类产品开发工作。AGI信仰强，以发展成为AI Native组织为目标，努力拓展传统协作模式的职责边界，充分给同学们提供自身探索的空间。

1、聚焦抖音内研发提效场景，参与AI-Native研发流程中的Agent设计、效果调优和评测设计； 2、围绕抖音内研发建设Agent基建，探索Agent最佳实践和Agent交互范式，推动产品体验优化； 3、持续跟踪AI Coding领域的最新技术动态，并将其应用于实际业务场景中，推动技术落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的软件开发基础，熟悉C/C++/Golang/Java/Python/Android/iOS中至少一门编程语言或技术栈； 3、优秀的问题分析与解决能力，学习能力强，具备技术好奇心，乐于探索并实践新技术、新方向；了解Agent开发、RAG、编排调优、上下文工程开发等至少一项开发经验； 4、深度使用Copilot、Cursor、Claude Code等AI编程工具者优先。

加分项 1、持续关注Agentic AI领域的前沿技术，拥有Agent System相关的研发实践经验者优先；或熟悉大模型相关技术，对大模型预训练、指令微调、RL等方向有了解和实践； 2、有Pretrain研究或应用经验者优先，熟悉代码领域的预训练与微调方法者优先； 3、以第一作者在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ACL等顶级学术会议发表过高影响力研究成果者优先； 4、在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle等编程或AI竞赛中获奖者优先； 5、主导或参与过具有广泛影响力的AI开源或闭源项目者优先。
