1、负责抖音业务的交易、支付、结算、商品等领域的核心系统研发工作，深度参与多个核心系统的建设，承担系统的设计开发维护工作，并持续优化改进； 2、对标行业，持续规划增强交易中心系统的基础能力，优化开放性、扩展性； 3、参与系统的架构改进，对系统进行稳定性、高可用建设，负责系统资金安全性建设，保证业务资金安全运转； 4、支持抖音新业务的探索，提供稳定可靠的交易结算系统等底层能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编程功底，至少熟练掌握一种主流语言（如Kotlin，Swift，JavaScript，TypeScript，Python，Go，C++等）； 3、具备AI相关经验背景，熟悉AI业界主流前沿技术、对于Agent，MCP，Skills、Prompt Engineering、微调对齐等技术有基本的认知和理解； 4、对客户端前端后端技术均有广泛的好奇心，具备AI全栈的发展潜力，乐于学习和实践新知识。
