团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动语音AI产品落地应用的服务架构研发，快速搭建AI语音相关平台应用、后端服务链路，持续优化服务体验、稳定性； 2、将基于大模型相关的语音和多模态对话技术框架落地应用到实际业务中； 3、持续探索在各种场景下，利用AI能力增强产品体验，提升工程效率； 4、为字节跳动相关产品提供先进的语音能力，赋能抖音、剪映等业务，以及豆包等AI产品，用AI技术影响数亿用户。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、有C++/Go/Python项目开发经验，较强的代码能力，对工程、代码质量有较高要求； 3、精通数据结构和算法设计，熟悉系统性能调优的方式，熟悉Linux开发环境； 4、有责任心，做事细致，考虑周全。

加分项： 1、ACM/NOI/IOI/TopCoder等竞赛获奖； 2、有AI领域大影响力的项目经验； 3、有分布式、高并发、大流量等特点在线系统相关项目经验。
