1、结合大模型（LLM）能力，探索并实现AI驱动的新一代数据开发治理平台（包括数据开发、数据运维、数据治理等）； 2、负责相关OpenAPI&CLI、Skill/Agent的设计、开发及性能优化，推动大数据平台朝AI-ready&AI-Native方向演进； 3、设计并优化高并发、高可用的全球化多机房数据平台架构，涉及多任务类型开发、大规模任务调度、多机房任务智能运维、超大规模数据治理等，支持大规模数据开发用户的使用场景； 4、参与团队的技术决策，推动多机房架构优化，提升系统的稳定性、可扩展性和易维护性； 5、关注业界大数据开发工具和AI赋能技术的最新进展，推动相关技术在团队内的落地与实践。

1、计算机、软件工程、数据工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、计算机基础扎实：精通Java及Spring生态，对高并发、性能调优有深入理解和实践；具备良好的Python开发能力，能灵活运用于Skill等脚本开发； 3、LLM应用工程能力：熟悉OpenClaw、Claude Code等Agent Harness框架的内部原理并有应用经验；对于面向Agent的CLI、领域Skill和Agent的设计与落地有经验； 4、系统工程与架构能力：具备优秀的分布式系统设计能力，熟练运用缓存、消息队列等中间件；对系统高可用、高并发设计有深刻理解；熟悉可观测性（Logging，Metrics，Tracing）、API设计与演进、安全与权限体系； 5、大数据体系认知：对大数据技术体系有基础认识或实践经验，包括但不限于存储与计算（如Hadoop，Spark，Flink，Hive，Presto/Trino）、工作流调度（如Airflow，DolphinScheduler）、元数据管理与数据治理等； 6、产品与协作：具备良好的产品意识和用户同理心，能从业务价值出发思考技术方案；拥有出色的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能高效推动复杂项目落地。
