1、负责业务智能平台助手类（AI问问）产品运营工作，包括但不限于广告业务场景洞察、工具及技能建设、Agent效果评测、数据分析及产品推广等；持续探索销售智能产品的AI应用价值，对Agent应用效果、业务效能、用户体验负责，助力业务指标达成； 2、拆解商业化广告业务场景，结合用户调研和高频提问，搭建面向不同场景的差异化技能和实现形式，包括但不限于智能问答、广告诊断、数据查询、违规申诉、政策查询等； 3、负责AI问问的数据分析与评测体系建设，定义通用回复质量标准及垂直场景的细分标准，建设测试集和标注规范，设计并落地持续评测机制（自动化评测与人工质检），提炼出的负面案例及评测分析为产品迭代提供决策和优化方向； 4、深度协同产品、研发、算法、排查及业务团队，系统梳理各业务场景的问答规律与解决方法论，将业务及专家经验转化为可落地的AI产品需求并推进实现，确保AI能力建设与业务目标高效对齐； 5、关注AI产品的行业动态与前沿研究，结合业务场景探索新的AI应用方向，具备将技术能力转化为业务价值的创新思维。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上商业化产品运营工作经验，有智能投放产品或智能助手类产品运营经验优先； 2、具备AI相关认知或实践经验，了解大模型、Agent等技术方向在业务中的应用潜力，有较高的热情、好奇心和创新意识； 3、逻辑清晰，主动自驱，有较强的数据分析、业务洞察、数据洞察和项目规划能力，善于整合上下游业务资源推进项目达成，能够通过数据分析识别关键问题； 4、有商业化广告相关经验、业务提效类产品相关经验优先。
