1、从生产视角深入理解服务器运维和数据中心运维平台的发展历史与行业趋势；熟悉火山引擎和全球范围内边缘服务器、数据中心的需求及其差异；掌握国产与非国产GPU的硬件架构、固件基线和性能压力测试；精通高功率密度、高算力密度的整机柜级方案，包括冷板液冷与风冷融合、PowerShelf、SideCar，以及NVLINK、HCCS等RDMA铜缆、光互连技术；运用AI Factory方法论解决AI基础设施层的挑战； 2、定义企业级AI Agent平台的技术架构与演进路线图，覆盖AI Harness、Agent编排、工具集成、工作流自动化、记忆、评测、可观测性与治理等能力； 3、为企业级AI Agent与基于RAG的应用开发制定架构原则、设计模式、最佳实践和治理标准；与相关团队协同，识别高价值AI应用场景，并引导其从概念走向生产落地； 4、运用产品管理思维定义平台愿景、用户旅程、功能优先级、采纳度指标、推广计划与反馈闭环。

1、硕士学位及以上，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、数据工程或等相关专业优先； 2、具备企业级AI Agent平台、AI Harness平台、基于RAG的知识库、模型网关、评测平台或企业内部AI开发者平台的构建或架构设计经验；熟悉现代LLM生态，包括Agent框架、向量数据库、Embedding模型、Rerank模型、模型路由、评测工具链与AI治理； 3、具备企业知识管理系统、文档智能、语义搜索、分类体系设计或知识质量评估方面的经验，能够跨团队推动企业级AI产品规模化落地； 4、具备企业级AI系统安全、合规、数据隐私、访问控制、可审计性相关实践经验，在相关领域具备论文、专利、开源贡献者优先； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力与组织协调能力。
