1、岗位定位与核心能力：面向企业老板、决策层，负责将To B AI产品能力转化为“老板听得懂、现场愿买单”的会销表达、产品演示，把内容价值转化为客户愿意选择的行动；该岗位首先需要讲师个人拥抱并热爱AI，胜任看重舞台呈现力、客户共情力和现场控场力，同时要具备内容生产、培训赋能的能力； 2、会销内容设计与现场执行：围绕AI产品，结合高频共性场景，设计SMB企业老板和高管可理解、可共鸣、可转化的会销故事线和演示链路，确保内容从客户痛点、业务收益和ROI出发，而不是单纯讲功能；能在规模化对客市场活动中，面向企业老板，完成主题演讲、产品演示、互动答疑和会后转化引导，表达流畅、节奏清晰和有说服力； 3、讲师资产沉淀与渠道培训：输出标准课件、讲师手册、Demo脚本、客户案例、Q&A、异议处理话术、互动问题库、会后跟进建议和复盘模板，降低伙伴复制门槛；设计伙伴讲师认证、陪跑、试讲反馈和复盘机制，围绕舞台呈现、客户共情、现场控场、互动引导和可信度建立训练标准，提升伙伴独立开展AI会销的能力； 4、转化机制协同与数据优化：协同区域、FDE等团队，明确会前邀约口径、会中互动埋点、客户兴趣信号识别、会后客户分层和销售跟进动作；跟踪报名、到场、互动、试用、商机和成交等指标，复盘不同主题、行业和客群的转化效果，并结合现场反馈优化讲法、Demo和互动设计； 5、工作地点：北京/上海/杭州/深圳/成都可选，按优先级排序，可接受高频出差至重点城市；如候选人具备成熟讲师经验和渠道复制能力，也可按区域需求灵活评估。

1、5年以上To B会销讲师、产品或销售培训经验；有B2B销售、咨询、企业培训或大客户成交支持经历优先； 2、具备AI产品及工具的相关理解，能快速把产品能力翻译成老板/高管关心的业务价值、效率收益； 3、有稳定且可验证的现场表达能力，能面对50～200人客户活动做全流程把控；会销演讲≥20场或客户培训≥10场者优先； 4、具备职业化形象和基础演讲素养，普通话标准、音量饱满、语速稳定，能控制明显口头禅，建议语速保持在180～220字/分钟； 5、拥抱AI，能嵌入自己日常流程，讲清输入、处理逻辑、输出样例和使用价值； 6、具备销售转化意识、现场互动引导能力和内容产品化能力，有同理心和韧性。
