1、财务AI应用落地：主导大模型在财务场景的应用落地，聚焦智能分析决策、高效财务处理、智能合规监测等场景，设计大模型应用方案并推动上线； 2、大模型应用效果迭代优化：建立大模型应用效果评估体系（如准确率、效率提升率、业务满意度），持续监控上线后表现，针对问题进行数据补充、模型微调（基于财务语料的指令微调），迭代优化大模型效果，满足财务业务实际需求； 3、大模型与财务系统联动：梳理传统财务系统（Oracle/SAP）与大模型集合的环节，明确数据交互逻辑，解决集成中的数据适配、功能协同等问题； 4、财务大模型场景创新：基于财务业务痛点，结合大模型技术特性，提出创新应用方向，输出场景化解决方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业优先； 2、大模型应用核心技能：熟练掌握大模型应用开发的相关技术栈，具备大模型微调能力，能独立设计大模型在特定场景的应用方案。

加分项： 1、有大模型项目全流程落地经验，能协调数据、业务团队推进项目； 2、具备强问题拆解能力，可快速定位大模型落地中的技术问题并解决； 3、有财务领域大模型项目落地经历者优先。
