日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与企业服务场景的AI Agent产品规划与设计，包括智能体（Agent）构建与知识问答（RAG），将采购、差旅、职场服务中的高频任务拆分为可被Agent接管的步骤，定义每一步的输入、判断标准和交付结果； 2、深入业务现场提炼需求：通过用户访谈、跟单观察与数据分析，将员工、运营人员、供应商的诉求抽象成产品方案，并明确哪些环节应该自动、哪些必须留给人工判断； 3、搭建并持续优化评测集：跟踪任务完成率、人工介入率、结果可用率等指标，判断问题出在知识缺失、工具调用还是交互设计，驱动Prompt、知识库与产品体验迭代； 4、关注行业趋势与AIGC应用创新，探索AI在流程自动化、单据与合同理解、供应商匹配与比价、行程规划、职场服务管家等方向的落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Claude Code、Cursor、扣子等AI Agent工具，有搭建Agent或AI应用的实践经验优先，有Demo或作品集是加分项； 3、对AI产品方向有浓厚兴趣，持续关注LLM/Agent领域的前沿动态，有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4、有编程语言基础，能理解API调用、Prompt Engineering等技术概念优先。

加分项： 1、对企业服务、供应链、差旅、行政这类实体业务有理解； 2、有B端系统（ERP/SaaS/工单）产品或运营实践； 3、英文可作为工作语言，服务全球职场。
