日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、内容挖掘与质量把关：持续监测国内外主流社媒（B站、X/Twitter、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok等）及AI创作社区，捕捉AI内容的热点题材、视觉风格与爆款范式；建立优质内容的发现、评估与筛选标准，对入选内容的画质、创意、完成度和审美水平严格把关，守住产品内容调性； 2、后台配置与产品呈现运营：负责Dreamina产品内内容流、推荐位、榜单及专题/活动专区的内容配置与更新，保证优质、高热内容及时、准确、规范上线；跟踪配置内容的曝光、点击、互动等数据并复盘，持续优化选品、排序、标题与标签，提升优质内容的分发效率； 3、跨团队协作与内容共创：联动产品、算法、设计、创作者运营、市场及国际化团队，策划并落地专题选题、创作者活动和热点项目；对接创作者与合作方，推动优质内容的批量供给和联合制作，沉淀可复用的内容方法论。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、AI内容认知与趋势敏感度：对AIGC内容有充分认知和强烈好奇心，熟悉当前主流AI内容的题材、风格与审美走向；本身是AI内容的重度使用者，对社区流行信号反应敏锐； 3、AI内容制作实战经验：有文生图、图生视频、文生视频等AI内容的实际制作经验，了解主流模型（即梦/Dreamina及国内外同类工具）的能力边界、风格特点与提示词逻辑；能独立产出AI内容者优先，具备创作者视角，理解内容生产的真实难点； 4、细致度与呈现质量意识：做事严谨细心，对内容配置的准确性、规范度和最终呈现效果（标题、封面、分类、标签、推荐位排序）有高标准、愿意抠细节；执行力和节奏感好，能紧跟热点快速响应。

加分项： 1、有内容社区、推荐分发、短视频/图文平台运营经验，熟悉后台配置与内容审核流程； 2、具备基础数据分析能力，能从数据中总结选品规律； 3、有国际化社媒运营经验或英语读写能力，可支持Dreamina国际化内容。
