1、参与AI Agent与企业系统、数据和API交互链路的建设，帮助AI Agent在合适的权限范围内完成任务，降低越权访问和误操作风险； 2、参与AI Agent身份与访问管理能力的设计、研发和落地，建设面向AI Agent的身份识别、权限控制、访问授权和行为追踪能力； 3、结合安全运营、风险研判、策略生成、审核辅助、自动化分析、智能问答和问题排查等真实场景，探索通过大模型提升产品能力、研发效率和运营效率； 4、参与高可用后端服务和平台工具建设，持续优化系统性能、稳定性、可扩展性和研发体验，支撑大规模业务场景下的AI+安全能力落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息安全、信息工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、C++、Rust、JavaScript/TypeScript或Node.js，具备良好的编码能力和工程习惯； 4、对AI Agent、大模型应用、后端研发、平台工程、身份与访问管理或安全基础设施方向有兴趣，愿意学习前沿技术并解决真实业务问题； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够把复杂或模糊的问题拆解为清晰、务实的解决方案； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和自驱力，关注代码质量、系统稳定性和长期可维护性。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、大模型应用、RAG、Prompt Engineering、工具调用、MCP、工作流编排或AI应用基础设施相关经验； 2、有身份认证、权限控制、访问授权、凭据管理、审计追踪、零信任或企业安全平台相关经验； 3、有后端服务、API平台、SDK、开发者工具、数据平台、自动化系统或研发提效工具相关经验； 4、熟悉数据库、缓存、消息队列、服务治理、监控告警、灰度发布等后端工程实践； 5、有安全运营、风险分析、策略生成、自动化排障、智能问答等AI+安全落地场景经验。
