1、了解抖音电商达人业务，熟悉内容创作、直播带货、选品经营等全链路场景，结合业务场景挖掘AI落地机会，实现AI能力与电商业务高效适配； 2、深度参与达人AI工具及业务功能的产品设计与迭代，覆盖智能选品、经营诊断、内容赋能等场景，输出高质量可落地产品方案； 3、参与AI产品全流程，协同算法、研发团队优化模型输出效果，持续提升AI产品实用性与稳定性； 4、跟踪产品上线核心数据，参与AB实验与数据复盘，收集达人真实反馈，持续优化产品功能与交互体验； 5、联动研发、算法、运营等多方团队，跟进项目全流程进度，保障产品需求高效、高质量交付，助力业务提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、计算机、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、无需硬性工作经验；同时具备AI产品与电商/达人产品相关实习经历者优先；热衷AIGC与大模型应用，常用各类AI工具，了解基础大模型交互逻辑，擅长用AI解决真实业务问题； 3、具备均衡的业务思维与产品思维，拥有基础数据分析能力，能通过数据复盘优化业务流程与产品能力； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力、执行力，主动好学，具备良好的AI与电商业务适配能力； 5、热爱电商赛道，兼具业务深耕意愿与探索热情，不偏科、重落地。
