1、负责Dev Infra数据工程与系统，建立团队内部&Seed算法协作机制，支持GUI、代码缺陷检测等模型迭代及Agent轨迹数据的高质量、多样性数据建设，助力算法模型迭代，反哺业务效果提升； 2、完成稳健高效的数据处理Pipeline和系统设计及研发，支持数据的生产、管理、效果洞察的全流程数据体系建设，保障大批量的数据高效、稳定、安全的持续提供； 3、深度挖掘数据潜力，建立数据分析&模型提升所需数据洞见&数据转化能力、快速验证数据效果验证机制，积累大量丰富的高质量数据。

1、计算机、数据科学等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、精通Python、SQL等编程语言，拥有丰富的AI相关离线数据加工、治理经验，对大数据套件较为了解，有数据服务、高并发服务实践和设计经验为佳； 3、对利用各类数据驱动模型迭代/优化的工作感兴趣，有实际相关数据作业、AI数据基建平台建设经验为佳； 4、有Dev Infra业务领域、大模型训练经验者优先。
