团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责AI芯片互联方案的需求分析、方案设计； 2、负责ASIC微架构设计、RTL开发； 3、支持ASIC验证和集成、中后端优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、微电子、通信等相关专业； 2、熟悉Scale Up或Scale Out协议，有软硬件协同设计的背景知识； 3、对芯片前端设计有深入理解，精通Verilog等硬件设计语言； 4、熟悉计算机体系结构，熟悉MAC、PCIe、AMBA等总线接口协议，熟悉DDR、HBM； 5、掌握常见的脚本语言，如TCL/Perl/Makefile/Python等。

加分项 1、有网卡芯片、交换芯片等网络芯片开发、流片经验； 2、熟悉AI训练推理的并行策略，熟悉AI硬件加速器架构或者GPU架构； 3、有高速网络组网经验和线上运维经验，熟悉拥塞控制； 4、熟悉RDMA内核态用户态驱动，熟悉集合通信软件。
