1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、熟练运用JavaScript、HTML、CSS、Node.js、ES6、TypeScript等前端技术，对企业级高性能、高可用、优秀用户体验的Web产品研发有丰富经验； 3、具备系统化的前端知识体系，熟悉主流架构思想，有较强的抽象能力、工程化能力和技术敏感度，能利用AI技术提升团队整体研发效率； 4、熟悉或有实践经验的AI相关技术（如Transformer、LLM应用、AI代码补全、前端智能优化等）优先； 5、具备较强的执行力、主人翁精神和同理心，良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能够与团队一起落地AI赋能的技术产品； 6、加分项：有AI相关的技术产品、开源作品，或活跃的AI领域开源社区贡献者。
