1、负责AI互动内容创作者的挖掘、引入和日常运营，建立创作者分层及成长机制，持续提升优质创作者规模、活跃与留存； 2、结合用户需求、内容趋势和Feed消费表现，与创作者共同探索高潜选题和互动玩法，孵化标杆作品，沉淀创作案例与模板，提升优质内容供给； 3、深入理解创作者在创作、发布、分发及经营中的需求，通过创作指导、活动策划和激励机制，降低创作门槛，促进持续创作； 4、跟踪创作者成长、内容供给及消费效果，协同产品、推荐、评测和安全团队解决创作与经营问题，推动产品能力、运营策略和平台规则优化。

1、3年以上创作者运营、用户运营或内容生态相关经验，有短视频、社区、互动内容或AI创作者运营经验优先； 2、具备良好的创作者需求理解和沟通能力，能够建立持续合作关系，有创作者引入、分层成长、激励或标杆作者孵化经验； 3、具备较好的内容判断与策划能力，能够结合用户需求识别有价值、有互动和传播潜力的内容方向，并推动创作者产出； 4、对AI创作有热情，熟悉主流AI创作工具；具备数据分析和跨团队推进能力，能够根据作者反馈及业务数据持续优化运营策略。
