1、负责番茄畅听AI音频生成相关工作，能够利用AI模型辅助音频生产，结合Prompt优化与效果评测，持续提升内容生产效率与质量； 2、研究音频AI内容生产的特征及生产模式，跟进行业内容趋势，能够提炼优质AI音频、AI音色特征，建设评估模型，跟进数据反馈，为评估准确率负责，发现模型问题，为模型优化提供牵引； 3、深入了解AI音频生产流程，搭建能够服务好创作者的AI工作流，提高创作效率，为创作者优质内容生产负责； 4、持续探索机器、自动评估的思路和方法，搭建自动评估的体系，提升自动评估与人工评估的一致率。

1、本科及以上学历，有AIGC/模型运营&生产等相关经验者优先，有理工和人文交叉背景优先，掌握基础的提示词工程，会搭建Workflow和Agent优先； 2、对音频/音色/语音技术有认知或内容判断力，对音频相关资讯和产品、人工智能相关技术有一定了解； 3、具备逻辑思维以及数据分析能力，能独立完成数据分析并设计策略，具备良好沟通能力，学习能力强，有责任心； 4、具备出色的项目管理能力和跨部门协作能力，能与产品、算法、数据等多部门协同，对齐需求并推动多项任务高质高效交付； 5、热爱内容，对优质内容有认知，认同AI生产内容的长期价值。
