1、深度理解和洞察异构计算产品发展趋势、技术发展趋势、市场动态、用户需求情况，推进产品演进具备行业竞争力； 2、面向用户需求基于产品能力设计产品解决方案，协同销售、售前拓展市场，实现产品的规模化售卖，拿到商业化结果； 3、常态化的产品解决方案积累和赋能，提升市场拓展效率。

1、本科及以上学历，有异构计算产品和解决方案相关经验，对于行业及产品的发展有深入思考； 2、熟悉传统人工智能算力需求和生成式AI算力需求及行业发展趋势； 3、对异构计算芯片、服务器和网络架构有较深入的研究； 4、逻辑性强，表达能力强，有商业敏感度； 5、有较强的自我驱动能力和跨部门协作的能力，喜欢挑战性工作，开放包容，有创新精神。
