1、负责抖音游戏内容在抖音短视频、直播等核心场景下的经营分发策略，围绕游戏内容消费、游戏下载/预约、促活、回流及付费转化等链路，持续提升游戏分发效率和经营收益； 2、负责IP合集的推荐分发策略，通过分析IP合集的供给、生态、分发链路，明确提升IP合集分发和收入的关键手段，并推动策略持续优化； 3、负责内容生态建设，协同算法、数据、研发、运营等团队，搭建游戏用户分层。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟悉内容推荐、流量分发、内容生态建设，能够从数据视角发现问题并独立提出产品解决方案； 3、充分理解内容推荐算法模型及策略产品方法，能够与算法团队协同分析清楚问题、制定解法和完整的评估方案，并对业务结果负责； 4、具有良好的沟通表达能力、产品意识、用户体验感知和项目推进能力，能够在复杂业务场景下协调多团队资源，推动策略从设计到落地并持续迭代。
