1、依托AI Coding工具开展研发工作，独立负责电商、生活服务相关项目大前端全栈开发，涵盖Web前端、iOS、Android、鸿蒙客户端功能迭代与接口联调，保障业务需求高质量落地； 2、参与Web及移动端技术选型与架构演进，面向iOS、Android、HarmonyOS开展三端跨平台架构设计，实现多端自适应布局、复杂交互与动效，持续优化多屏协同场景用户体验； 3、深度参与业务全生命周期工作，覆盖需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、性能调优至灰度上线，支撑商品、交易、营销活动、商家经营工作台、履约链路等电商/生活服务核心场景；联动产品、算法、数据、后端等跨职能团队，推动技术方案对齐落地，探索AI/Agent在大前端与业务场景的创新实践，依托大模型重构研发流程与终端用户交互体验； 4、围绕内存占用、设备功耗、启动速度、渲染流畅度等核心指标开展深度性能优化，攻克各类疑难技术问题，持续打磨大前端体验上限； 5、主导或参与大前端基础设施建设，包括通用组件库沉淀、跨端框架迭代、工程化工具链优化、CI/CD交付流程升级，提升团队整体研发效能。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、具备Web前端+移动端一体化开发能力：熟练掌握JavaScript/TypeScript、React等主流前端框架；熟悉iOS（Swift/Objective-C）、Android（Kotlin/Java）、HarmonyOS（ArkTS/C++）至少一端开发体系；理解内存管理、多线程、网络优化，掌握常用数据结构与算法； 3、理解移动端架构思想（模块化/组件化/动态化），了解跨平台开发方案；熟练使用Instruments、Systrace、DevEco等性能分析工具，能够独立定位并解决复杂技术问题； 4、理解LLM基础原理，熟悉AI Agent核心模块（Prompt工程、记忆机制、工具调用、RAG、多智能体），可基于业务场景完成不同层级大模型选型； 5、熟练使用主流AI编码辅助工具（TRAE、Claude Code、Codex等）；能够借助AI完成需求拆解、代码实现、复杂逻辑重构、故障定位修复、单元测试编写、代码评审，具备AI协同研发思维； 6、掌握Git常用操作；拥有良好沟通表达与团队协作意识，对新技术保持好奇心，擅长独立思考、复盘总结；拥有相关岗位实习或项目开发经历优先。

加分项 1、具备iOS/Android/鸿蒙多端或跨端实战经验；独立实现过复杂业务页面、H5互动应用、数据可视化、高性能动效；拥有大型App内存、功耗、启动速度、渲染流畅度专项优化经验； 2、擅长运用AI Coding工具、AI Agent提升研发效能；具备AI辅助大前端开发、Agent部署与二次开发实践；了解MCP协议、LLM工具调用机制，能够搭建AI自动化研发工作流并沉淀可复用模板与工程实践； 3、拥有电商交易、商家经营、营销活动、物流履约、本地生活等业务系统开发经验；或具备对话应用、智能任务编排、企业知识库平台相关项目落地经历。
