1、大模型感知：参与建设基于大模型的内容风险感知Agent，通过数据分析与Prompt迭代，挖掘风险与体验问题，产出分析报告并推动问题解决； 2、大模型防控：结合内容、商品、商家、评论等信息，参与设计基于大模型的综合防控策略，并与算法、产品、技术团队协同落地； 3、产品能力建设：设计建设产品化的大模型应用并推进落地，从全链路或者小而美的模块上提升防控效果和运营效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、商业分析、数据分析、经济学、数学等专业优先； 2、熟悉生活服务、电商等交易类业务场景，有公信力、营销策略、用户研究策略等任一相关实习经历更佳； 3、具有统计学和概率论基础，逻辑思维严密，有扎实的分析功底，熟练使用SQL、Python等数据分析工具； 4、以「从数据中获得洞察」为乐，擅长从数据中挖掘商业机会，并抽象为策略方案，对数据和业务有敏感度并充满热情，对数据驱动业务决策充满信心和热情； 5、能够独立思考，具备优秀的逻辑与结构化思考能力，能从业务全局出发构建分析框架，为策略制定提供清晰思路； 6、拥有良好的跨团队沟通能力与资源协调能力，高效推动分析结论与策略建议在业务端落地。
