ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、协助调研中小客户行业场景，整理业务流程与痛点，输出需求分析文档； 2、参与飞书行业AI产品方案的规划与设计，支持产品功能梳理与原型输出； 3、跟踪行业动态与产品信息，定期整理产品分析报告； 4、配合售前、交付团队完成客户沟通支撑材料制作； 5、参与产品数据分析，协助推进产品迭代优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品或To B行业产品有基础认知，了解SaaS/企业软件产品逻辑； 3、AI重度爱好者，能够积极使用AI解决实际问题，有AI动手经验，做过AI效果调优、Agent搭建和运用； 4、具备较强的文档写作与结构化表达能力； 5、逻辑清晰，有主动推进意识，能独立完成任务交付； 6、每周可实习5天，实习周期6个月。
