ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：AI数据与安全团队为Seed基座模型及AI原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与Seed研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决AI前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和AI产品的一手用户。

1、定义和推进评测平台产品能力：包括评估流程编排、链路采样配置化、自动评估指标管理、评测报告可视化等方向； 2、用AI和代码验证产品方案：通过Vibe coding/低代码/脚本快速搭建原型和数据分析工具； 3、深入业务场景理解用户痛点：和评测PM、算法同学、运营人员一起，理解他们的工作流，主动发现问题而非被动接收需求； 4、建设产品质效体系：定义和追踪产品指标（NPS、线上化率、AHT、任务成功率等），用数据驱动决策； 5、推动产品研发协作效率提升：优化需求管理流程、验收机制、交付质量标准。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业优先； 2、对大模型技术充满热情，对模型评测方法论、Prompt Engineering或数据集构建有浓厚兴趣； 3、逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和扎实的产品文档撰写功底； 4、能保证每周至少实习4天，持续实习6个月以上者优先。
