1、负责LLM驱动的AI Agent框架的研究和实现，构建基础服务如MCP/Memory/Skill等； 2、根据应用场景的需求，优化并提升AI Agent的算法性能和用户体验； 3、持续追踪AI Agent领域的最新技术趋势和研究成果，将前沿技术整合进我们的项目与解决方案中。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、精通Go、Python、Java等一种或多种编程语言，具备扎实的编程技能和算法设计能力； 3、对AIAgent技术有深入了解，熟悉ContextEngineering，MultiAgent，Memory等机制； 4、具备团队协作精神和良好的英文阅读及沟通能力； 5、加分项：有在相关领域的研究或项目经验，尤其是在LLM或AIAgent应用上。
