1、负责剪映CapCut的AI视频编辑方向的Agent模型训练与评测，使用SFT/RLHF/Post-Training等技术对视频创作进行领域知识建模； 2、提升视频创作Agent大模型的增强模型和安全能力的指令遵从能力、提升Pre-trained Model在视频创作的能力，构建行业领先的视频创作专家的智能Agent。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机科学、数学相关专业优先； 2、技术能力： 1）具备出色的编程能力，精通Python/C++，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架，有自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）或多模态生成模型（如CLIP、DiffusionModels）项目经验； 2）熟悉营销技术栈（如CRM、广告投放平台API）或AIGC工具链（LangChain、AutoGPT）者优先； 3）熟悉大模型理论知识和应用，熟悉常见大模型架构，理解实际业务场景负责人设计理念，有实际大模型预训练、微调或推理优化经验者优先； 4）熟悉搜索、推荐引擎技术，有向量化数据库，搜索召回、排序和相关性等技术基础或实际应用者优先； 3、学术与实践经验： 1）在ACL/CVPR/SIGIR/KDD/NeurIPS/ICCV等顶会发表过AIGC、推荐系统、计算广告相关论文者优先； 2）有营销自动化平台开发、广告创意生成系统搭建经验者优先； 3）热爱视频剪辑，对常用视频剪辑工具有使用经验者优先； 4、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
