日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：该团队负责字节跳动旗下部分内容安全产品的设计，质量把控和运营，保障产品安全，营造良好的内容创作和社区互动氛围。

1、使用工作语言（英语/普通话）为多个项目进行日常转译、翻译、校对等任务； 2、学习项目的标注规则，与项目POC紧密合作，保证项目质量达标与顺利交付； 3、根据项目情况进行数据分析、申诉处理、问题反馈、质量提升、规则优化完善等任务； 4、定期总结项目质量问题并提供问题总结反馈； 5、参与质量检查标准的制定与流程和平台的持续优化； 6、与多个跨职能团队进行合作；分配的其他相关职责。

1、硕士及以上学位在读； 2、拥有优秀的英语和中文听说读写能力（英语拥有CEFR C1-C2水平优先），专业为翻译/口译/语言学相关； 3、有翻译/口译经验（例如参加过相关课程或实习）者优先，有标注经验者优先； 4、每周保证实习至少3个工作日（4-5个工作日者优先），可以保证至少实习3个月，可以稳定实习6个月以上者优先； 5、有较强的沟通能力，学习能力和抗压能力，责任感强。
