团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System） 负责字节跳动企业内信息系统、工具与AI创新应用的整体规划与建设，我们服务全球所有员工与业务单元，覆盖通用办公、人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等核心领域。在AI时代下，我们致力于推动公司组织效率跃升与业务流程变革，我们正用AI重构企业运作的毛细血管：通过系统工具 AI 化与构建企业级 Agent 体系，让系统进化为 “智能助手”，提升全球团队的协同协作与业务运转效率；通过深耕企业上下文建设，实现从端到端业务流的智能化升级与流程再造。在持续激发AI 生产力的同时，部门加强安全、隐私与合规的治理，为公司长远发展保驾护航。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI最佳实践整理与推广：深入了解不同团队、不同岗位的工作场景，挖掘并整理适配各业务线的AI使用最佳实践，形成可复用的案例库与推广素材； 2、增长运营执行：通过线上推送、线下活动、内容营销等多元手段，拉动产品在各部门、工种的渗透率与活跃度，协助推进用户从启用到深度使用的转化； 3、数据分析与效果追踪：能自助使用数据工具或搭建看板，通过数据分析评估各类增长动作的有效性，识别高杠杆策略并持续优化运营节奏； 4、用户社区运营：运营用户社区，挖掘和培养产品KOC，收集一线真实反馈，推动更多部门参与产品共建； 5、分享培训组织：策划并组织面向不同受众的AI工具分享会、培训活动并准备内容、主讲，降低用户上手门槛，提升产品口碑传播； 6、AI解决方案输出：结合产品能力与具体业务场景，协助输出解决方案，帮助业务团队将AI能力切实落地到工作流中。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可实习6个月及以上，每周出勤5天； 3、有AI产品增长运营、产品运营、产品营销实习经验或AI创业公司工作经验优先； 4、有对AI产品推广、分享的热情，乐于向他人"安利"好用的工具和方法； 5、重度AI工具使用者，能在日常工作中高密度地应用并探索前沿AI产品； 6、有图文、短视频创作能力，AI工具类账号运营经验优先，且自驱、学习能力强。

加分项 1、有实际使用或测评过主流Agent产品（如ChatGPT、Gemini、Claude、Mira等）的经历，并有自己的见解； 2、有运营数据看板搭建、用户增长实验（A/B Test）等实战经验； 3、有内容创作、社群运营或KOL合作管理经验。
