团队介绍：PDI-语言中心致力于提升工程师团队的工作英语技能、国际交流效率，提供英语培训、优质英语学习资料、笔译及同声传译、系统多语言优化等多方面的语言支持。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持工程师语言培训，提升英文沟通和跨文化理解能力； 2、支持AI英语学习产品的内容制作、AI Skill沉淀、AI产出内容的评测与调优； 3、独立进行相关AI产品的内测运营、用户跟进和调研； 4、配合或独立进行培训内容教研，编写教案和活动设计等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，英语或英语教育相关专业优先； 2、有AI相关实习经验优先，英文口语流利，能用英语进行工作沟通； 3、工作积极、有责任心，善于学习，有韧性，有始有终，有目标感与结果意识； 4、对科技有热情，能匹配文化； 5、能够连续实习4~6个月及以上，每周至少3天。

加分项 1、有英语培训行业相关经历； 2、有国际化留学或交换背景； 3、专八优秀或雅思7.5+或托福105+； 4、有英语教育相关资质（TESOL/TEFL等）； 5、有可追溯的英语学习方法总结、经验分享文章、视频等经历加分。
