1、负责电商营商环境优化，搭建体验洞察→根因分析→方案设计→监控落地的全流程运营机制，平衡商家体验提升与成本合理性；从商家经营视角出发，输出具备业务价值与落地性的产品/业务/流程优化建议； 2、深入分析商家咨询数据及问题反馈，从表象中识别背后的经营与体验症结；对典型异常问题进行识别、分类、归因与聚合，通过复盘持续挖掘根因； 3、通过专项治理及机制建设，推动商家问题持续改善与解决，达成CPO等业务核心指标； 4、通过对运营策略及产品功能的前置评估，识别潜在体验风险，预防问题发生； 5、建立商家体验关键指标体系及监控机制，形成有效的预警、问题发现与流转闭环，持续推动问题解决。

1、熟悉电商行业，具备商家运营、经营分析、体验洞察或体验驱动相关经验者优先； 2、具备较强的主动性、沟通表达能力及跨部门协同推进能力，能够推动复杂项目高效落地； 3、目标导向明确，结果意识强，能够在复杂场景下持续推进关键问题解决； 4、对用户问题和数据变化保持敏感，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和系统性思维；具备SQL能力者优先； 5、具备Agent编写与应用能力，能够结合不同业务场景开展深入分析与运营提效。
