日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Push推送、内容分发策略优化，及分发相关体验优化，协同推荐完成业务目标； 2、协助完成内容相关需求沟通、文档整理，推动内容策略动作落地与效果跟踪； 3、负责日常内容数据监控、分析，跟踪播放量、互动率、留存率等核心指标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对内容有理解，熟悉主流内容平台； 3、有策略产品、数据分析相关实习经验者优先，能实习半年以上者优先； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、函数），掌握Python/SQL基础者优先； 5、逻辑清晰、善于总结，具备良好的文字表达能力和跨部门沟通协调能力。
