1、负责汽车行业业务线的前端架构设计与研发落地，技术栈以React+TypeScript为主，覆盖Web/H5、小程序、跨端应用等场景； 2、主导大型复杂系统的技术选型、架构演进与落地，推动前端工程化、性能优化、稳定性与数据体系建设，并对现有系统持续优化，提升研发效率与输出质量； 3、与产品、设计、后端、算法、测试等团队紧密协作，共同判断对业务更有价值的目标和路径，独立承接可闭环的业务功能建设； 4、带领并指导团队初、中级工程师，制定并推行技术开发规范与最佳实践，提升团队整体技术产出质量； 5、关注车载生态与行业前沿技术（智能座舱、车机多屏、AI Coding、跨端框架等），组织技术预研并落地、运用并解决业务痛点。

1、本科学历及以上，计算机、通信等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上经验优先，其中至少5年复杂系统架构设计与落地经验； 3、精通JavaScript/TypeScript、HTML、CSS，深入理解浏览器渲染原理、事件循环、网络协议、安全机制及性能优化； 4、对主流前端框架（React/Vue等）至少一种有源码级理解并深入掌握其设计原理，能基于框架进行二次封装与能力沉淀； 5、精通前端工程化体系，熟悉Webpack/Vite/Rspack等构建工具及CI/CD、监控告警、灰度发布等链路，具备体系化的质量与稳定性建设经验； 6、具备优秀的抽象设计能力与系统思维，能权衡技术方案并推动落地，不过度设计、追求效率最大化。

加分项： 1、有汽车行业背景优先，包括但不限于：智能座舱、车机系统、车载大屏/HMI、车载应用、地图导航、车主服务、汽车交易与营销等； 2、有车载WebView/车机多屏适配、跨端开发（小程序、Flutter、Node.js等）经验。
