1、深入理解所负责场域（如店铺运营、商品运营、交易履约、售后服务、广告投放、营销工具等）的商家真实经营诉求，系统化盘点高频问题，明确场景优先级，能把模糊的业务问题拆解成清晰的问题树、知识点与评测点； 2、梳理该场域的知识内容与工具能力，保障知识来源准确、结构清晰、覆盖完整，审查并优化Agent.md、Memory、Skill、Tools的完整性与准确性，持续提升Agent在该场域的问题解决率与代操作成功率； 3、设计并生产该场域的评测集，明确准出质量标准，用评测驱动Agent迭代，于线上负面案例与Trace，定位能力缺口，协同产品研发持续优化，跑通“问题发现一能力补齐＞效果验证”的闭环； 4、熟悉抖音电商商家经营链路，了解大模型/Agent的能力与局限，有知识库建设、标注训练、Prompt/Skill设计相关经验优先。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网产品运营/策略运营经验； 2、对至少一个经营场域（店铺/商品/交易/售后/广告/营销等）有深入的业务理解； 3、对AI充满好奇，愿意做有挑战、有想象空间的事，同时能沉到业务细节里，也能抽象出方法论； 4、结果导向，能扛目标，皮实，享受从O到1建设的过程。
