ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：飞书项目(Meego)是为复杂场景打造的专业项目管理平台，通过标准化工作流，大幅提升协作效率，获取项目数据洞察，驱动项目成功。目前，飞书项目已经很好的支持了近千家来自多个行业、多个国家和地区的客户在软件研发、硬件开发、敏捷开发、企业经营管理、反馈管理等复杂协同场景。

1、协助团队设计与实现面向项目管理场景的Agent智能体后端功能，参与任务规划、工具调用、对话管理等模块的开发与调试，助力优化智能体在复杂业务场景下的稳定性与执行效率； 2、协助开展基于RAG的知识问答/助理类应用后端开发，参与检索、召回、重排等核心模块的工程实现与调优，配合维护知识库、索引体系及基础评测流程，提升检索准确率； 3、协助完成基于LLM的业务系统后端架构辅助工作，包括接口设计、模型调用层开发、缓存策略优化及基础监控链路搭建，保障系统高效运行； 4、协助进行关键场景的Prompt设计、调优与版本管理，参与搭建简易评测集，配合团队完成模型效果的持续评估与数据驱动的优化工作； 5、跟踪大模型、AI Agent、RAG等领域前沿技术趋势，结合项目管理业务场景开展调研分析，为团队提供创新技术思路与落地建议。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备一定后端开发经验，扎实的代码功底与基础系统设计能力，熟练掌握至少一种服务端开发语言（Golang优先，Java/Python亦可），熟悉常用后端框架、协议及存储、缓存等核心技术组件； 3、对AI应用开发和搭建调优有浓厚兴趣，具备AI/LLM基础知识及一定实践经验，熟悉LLM应用架构，对Agent、RAG、SFT等技术有基本认知与理解； 4、具备良好的工程习惯，重视代码质量、测试与日志规范，有较强的问题排查能力，能配合团队完成技术攻坚； 5、创新意识强，乐于探索新的AI技术与应用场景，主动关注AI领域最新动态，具备较强的学习能力、主观能动性及跨团队协作意识； 6、有大模型应用工程、AI研发工具前后端开发经验者优先；参与过AI相关校园项目、竞赛或开源项目者加分；能保证稳定实习周期（3个月及以上）。
