团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、对存算精度进行系统深入的分析研究，探索优化方案； 2、针对存算精度的理解进行神经网络训练、量化等适配性方法研究； 3、参与存算设计方案的评估以及设计需求的确认。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，集成电路、半导体、计算机、物理、材料、光电等理工科专业优先； 2、有较强的Python编程、数据分析能力，有基本的半导体器件和电路知识优先； 3、有模型训练经验，熟悉神经网络正向传播、反向传播过程，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow； 4、对数据分析/建模、优化算法感兴趣，有芯片行业工作经历优先。
