1、参与本地生活商家AI营销体系建设，基于大模型、AIGC能力，赋能商家完成营销内容生成、智能活动配置、优惠策略智能推荐，通过AI能力降低中小商家营销操作门槛，提升营销工具使用规模与业务转化效果； 2、深度理解不同行业商家经营痛点，结合AI产品能力，输出面向商家的智能化营销解决方案，参与AI营销玩法的方案设计、落地验证与迭代优化； 3、通过数据分析、商家反馈挖掘AI产品落地过程中的问题，对AI能力的业务效果、商家体验负责，驱动产品、算法团队持续迭代大模型应用、智能策略能力； 4、协同产品、算法、研发、业务运营多团队，推进AI营销功能从需求、试点上线到规模化落地全流程，沉淀可复用的AI营销业务方法论； 5、跟踪行业AIGC、智能营销前沿趋势，探索大模型在优惠券、活动创编、商家经营诊断等场景下创新落地机会。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、市场营销、产品相关专业优先； 2、对大模型/AIGC/AI商业化落地有浓厚兴趣，有AI项目、大模型产品实践、营销活动、运营项目经历优先，不限于课程项目、竞赛、实习； 3、具备良好数据分析能力，善于从数据中发现业务问题，逻辑清晰，能够把业务诉求转化为可落地的产品/运营方案； 4、同理心强，能够站B端商家视角思考问题，有较强跨团队协同能力，自驱力强，愿意参与AI产品从0到1落地； 5、有本地生活、电商、商业化营销相关实习经历加分。
