日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：AI数据与安全团队为Seed基座模型及AI原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与Seed研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决AI前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和AI产品的一手用户。

1、协同项目负责人、产品、研发、算法等相关团队，理解业务场景与目标，参与数据方案的设计、迭代与推进，支持业务流程的数据化和自动化建设； 2、参与自动化工作流的搭建与优化，结合Dify、LangChain等编排框架，支持数据清洗、PII敏感信息识别与分类等场景下的数据处理链路建设； 3、参与Python数据处理脚本的开发与维护，结合AI辅助开发工具，支持数据转换、接口对接、格式校验等基础能力建设； 4、参与SFT数据合成方案的技术支持工作，协助利用LLM生成训练样本，并通过自动化方式进行数据一致性和质量校验； 5、跟踪AI相关工具与技术在业务中的应用，参与搭建可复用的小工具、流程Demo或自动化模块，支持团队提升数据处理效率和项目推进效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、数学或相关理工科专业； 2、对隐私合规、数据自动化或大模型应用相关方向有兴趣，希望在真实业务场景中积累经验； 3、具备良好的沟通表达和协作能力，能够与产品、研发、算法等不同角色保持高效配合； 4、具备基础的数据处理、逻辑分析或脚本能力，能够理解数据口径、处理流程和基本校验逻辑，熟悉Python、SQL、Excel等工具中的一种或多种，有实际使用经验者优先； 5、熟练使用Dify、LangChain、LLM应用、工作流编排或AI辅助开发工具； 6、做事认真细致，责任心较强，对业务细节有耐心，能够在反馈和迭代中持续推进工作。
