1、负责伙伴的合作拓展与长期关系维护，结合火山引擎AI产品与行业解决方案能力设计并落地合作模式，与伙伴管理层及核心团队围绕合作目标、推进路径、资源投入和阶段成果进行联合设计与持续推进； 2、理解Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE）合作模式，基于客户场景验证、方案共创和生产落地经验提炼可复制的生态合作机制，识别不同行业和伙伴类型中的共性需求与合作机会，沉淀生态拓展方法论并持续优化合作机制与业务路径； 3、熟悉咨询公司、系统集成商及头部ISV运作模式，持续跟踪大模型产业趋势、模型厂商生态格局和行业应用方向，制定市场化策略，推动联合方案包装、标杆项目孵化、销售协同、规模复制及高价值合作伙伴的深度合作； 4、协同产品、解决方案、交付和销售团队，推动合作从前期规划、项目落地到中长期业务增长形成闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、工程、数学、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上AI、企业服务、生态合作或解决方案相关工作经验； 3、理解大模型、Prompt Engineering、Fine-Tune、RAG、Agent等AI应用方向，能够与伙伴技术、产品和业务团队高效协同； 4、理解企业客户从场景验证到生产落地的关键环节，熟悉FDE类合作模式及其在复杂项目中的价值； 5、具备较强的战略思考、商业判断、跨团队协同、项目推进和积极温和的沟通能力。

加分项 1、有模型厂商、咨询公司、系统集成商或行业伙伴生态合作经验； 2、有FDE、解决方案架构、技术咨询、售前或客户成功等复合背景； 3、有联合解决方案、联合市场、联合拓客或标杆项目孵化经验。
