1、负责抖音AI场景的用户需求洞察与策略效果优化，识别用户核心需求、体验痛点和消费趋势，定义理想体验与关键指标，对策略落地及最终效果负责； 2、结合大模型能力与抖音内容生态，设计Prompt、Skill、Agent、RAG及工具调用链路，将用户问题转化为可落地、可复用的场景策略，持续探索新的产品形态与体验机会； 3、搭建策略评估与迭代体系，通过案例分析、数据监控、自动化与人工评测、A/B实验定位问题根因，将具体案例抽象为可复用的策略、评测集和验收标准，持续提升模型效果与用户体验； 4、作为垂直场景方向负责人，端到端推动问题定义、方案落地与效果验证，协同算法、研发、数据等团队，对最终结果负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、信息管理、数学、统计学、经济学相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大模型应用，理解Prompt Engineering、Skill、Agent、RAG、工具调用和模型评测等基础能力及边界，能够将用户问题转化为产品与模型解决方案，并与算法、研发高效协作； 3、有Skill设计或搭建经验，能够独立完成场景定义、需求拆解、Prompt设计、链路编排、效果评估和迭代优化，具备从问题发现到上线验证的端到端项目能力； 4、具备较强的用户洞察、数据分析和问题拆解能力，能够结合案例与指标识别主要问题，形成可执行的优化策略并推动落地；有负责人意识，结果导向，具备良好的跨团队协作与项目推进能力。
