日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责公司多个跨产品业务方向，提供可复用的平台能力及技术解决方案。我们为公司多业务提供如地理位置、行业数据等多类型的中台能力与技术解决方案，积极利用AI等技术做中台能力提效与升级。 加入我们，你将有机会从中台的多视角参与业务建设，感受不同类型/阶段的业务特点；通过用户场景的开发&架构工作，学习和解决极富挑战的技术问题；你也可以从数据出发，积极利用策略和模型，为业务提供有价值的助力。

1、参与前沿AI方向的研究选题、方法设计与实验推进； 2、围绕复杂真实场景中的感知、理解、推理与决策问题开展建模工作； 3、参与多模态数据处理、模型训练、评测分析与效果优化； 4、系统整理实验结论，撰写技术报告、研究总结与论文材料； 5、与算法、工程团队协作，推动研究成果向原型系统或实际能力转化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、电子、数学等相关专业； 2、熟悉Python/PyTorch，具备良好的代码能力和实验能力； 3、对以下至少一个方向有较强兴趣或基础：CV、NLP、多模态、大模型、强化学习、机器人、自动驾驶、时空建模，能阅读论文并完成复现、改进和实验分析； 4、具备较好的问题拆解能力和沟通协作能力； 5、可连续实习半年。

加分项 1、做过VLN、Embodied-AI、Agent、多模态大模型、自动驾驶、轨迹预测、三维重建相关项目； 2、熟悉Transformer、LLM/VLM、图神经网络、场景图建模等技术； 3、有导航、自动驾驶、地理空间、交通预测相关研究或比赛经验； 4、有较强的英文论文阅读和技术表达能力。
