1、负责抖音的搜索与推荐联动策略，理解内容生态，深入洞察用户搜索需求，结合AI能力设计和优化内容分发策略，提升用户从推荐消费向主动搜索的转化效率，拉动用户在抖音的搜索认知； 2、深入理解推荐机制流程以及算法基本原理，并结合大模型能力探索推荐场景下的应用方向，包括但不限于：内容理解、动机归因、兴趣推理等，和推荐算法团队协作，在召回、排序、多目标等场景完成方案验证及迭代； 3、利用AI工具设计画风分析、体验度量的评估体系，建设收益链路拆解的实验复盘机制；显著提升策略从设计到最终上线的效率，同时保证内容分发符合业务的长期价值导向； 4、与运营、数据、算法、工程等团队紧密协作，高效协调各方资源，达成可衡量的目标收益。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上推荐策略、搜索策略相关产品经验，统计学、数学、计算机相关专业优先，有AI产品或大模型应用落地经验者优先； 2、对搜索/内容分发有好的理解，熟悉推荐系统召回、粗排、精排、混排等环节，了解利用大模型升级传统推荐链接的前沿思路； 3、希望你热爱策略设计、AI应用，掌握Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent、Workflow、模型评估等关键方法，有大模型优化推荐、大模型评测经验者优先； 4、目标导向，自驱力强，具备出色的项目推进和跨团队协作能力，熟练使用SQL、精通AB实验分析，善于利用AI工具提升项目落地效率。
