1、业务：参与抖音智能创作场景的产品功能迭代，负责AIGC/相机工具/跟拍方向中某个子方向的业务支持； 2、架构：能够主导业务通用技术架构的搭建和优化，系统化建设业务架构，解决业务核心难点，从技术视角推动业务发展； 3、基建：能够主导投稿/AIGC/跟拍等抖音链路的稳定性、安全建设，容灾容错能力的搭建，节日期间的容量保障等等； 4、挑战：超高的QPS，复杂的业务场景，稳定性和技术架构设计都有较高挑战。

1、从用户的体验出发，对产品有一定的敏感度，关注ROI，能在业务收益和成本中做出Tradeoff； 2、有扎实的编程能力，有优秀的设计能力和良好的代码习惯，热爱编程，交付质量高； 3、理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 4、有高并发服务设计和实现经验，对分布式系统有自己的理解； 5、对软件产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
