1、智能感知策略建设：负责生活服务B、C端风险感知策略建设，基于行业理解、策略经验和多源风险信号，前置识别外溢风险、体验隐患及黑灰产变体，推动感知策略从人工经验驱动向模型辅助的持续迭代机制演进； 2、大模型感知能力应用：推动AI大模型在风险召回、聚类识别、智能研判、变体发现和自动化报告等场景落地，将人工研判经验沉淀为可复用的样本、特征和知识资产； 3、策略效果闭环运营：建立风险水位监控和复发预警机制，持续跟踪风险暴露、策略命中、处置效果和用户反馈，识别策略失效与治理断点，协同各团队推动问题闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上的内容、商品治理、风控、反作弊等相关领域工作经验，有AI大模型、风险感知相关工作经验者优先； 2、具备良好的风险敏感度和策略判断力，能结合行业趋势、用户反馈、业务数据及异常信号，识别内容、商品、商家等潜在风险场景，并形成可落地的策略优化方案； 3、对AI大模型在风险治理场景中的应用有兴趣和实践经验，能结合业务场景开展Prompt优化、样本沉淀、效果评估和能力迭代，推动模型辅助感知策略落地。
