团队介绍：AI for Science 团队专注于科学计算与物质发现领域的前瞻技术探索，围绕生物和材料领域基础模型、量子化学、AI分子动力学、高通量实验技术等方向，用 AI 推动科学领域的研究范式突破，也在实际应用场景中创造价值。我们希望用 AI 赋能科学，探索 AI 在科研领域的变革，拓展人类认知边界！

1、主导高通量自动化实验平台的总体方案设计，将科学实验流程转化为机器人可执行的系统，这需要你运用专业能力打造具有创新性的革命性系统； 2、负责具体搭建实现：负责机械结构、电气系统、机器人工作站的设计、选型与现场联调，你设计的每一个部件，数周后将实际运行在实验室里； 3、设计并开发实验调度系统，实现几十台仪器与机器人的高效协同工作，处理真实世界的异常与并发，并与AI算法形成闭环； 4、与算法研究员、化学家、材料学家并肩工作，直接见证自己搭建的平台产出的数据变成模型和全新的物质。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，机械设计制造及其自动化、自动化、电子信息、机器人、计算机科学与技术等相关专业； 2、在机械设计、电气系统、机器人（ROS2/RobotStudio等）、软件开发（Python）四个方向中，至少一到两个方向功底扎实，并有意愿成长为能独立负责整个系统的全栈工程师； 3、动手能力强：机器人竞赛、实验室装置、自动化项目、硬件创业等任何“真的把东西做出来、跑起来”的经历，我们都非常看重； 4、好奇心强，愿意向化学家、材料学家学习实验本身，把学科知识转化为工程约束；具备良好的沟通协调与团队协作能力，可独立承担关键任务。

以下为加分项： 1、熟悉嵌入式控制和工业通讯协议； 2、会用电气设计、SolidWorks/NX等设计工具链； 3、有材料、化学背景或交叉学科项目经验； 4、参与过高通量实验、自动化实验室、移液工作站等相关项目。
