团队介绍：AI for Science 团队专注于科学计算与物质发现领域的前瞻技术探索，围绕生物和材料领域基础模型、量子化学、AI分子动力学、高通量实验技术等方向，用 AI 推动科学领域的研究范式突破，也在实际应用场景中创造价值。我们希望用 AI 赋能科学，探索 AI 在科研领域的变革，拓展人类认知边界！

1、开发分子表示学习、分子生成、多模态学习、多目标优化、时序预测等方向的算法与模型； 2、结合计算化学、物理、材料科学领域知识，设计并实现面向分子性质预测、功能分子设计与优化等场景的高效方案； 3、与跨学科团队协同，参与从问题定义、理论建模、算法实现到实验验证的全流程研究，产出核心技术专利与顶刊论文。

1、2027届获得博士学位，计算机、化学、物理、生物、材料科学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的跨学科背景，在机器学习三大会、Nature/Science及其大子刊、化学顶刊（JACS、JCTC等）等主流学术平台，以第一作者发表过高水平论文； 3、在以下至少一个方向有深入研究与成熟成果：分子表示学习、分子生成、多模态学习、多目标优化、时序预测； 4、熟练掌握PyTorch，具备高质量代码实现与复现前沿算法的能力； 5、好奇心与热情驱动，具备攻关难题、长期深耕的研究素养，良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力。
