1、使用AI方法改进、发展先进的计算材料学模型算法，大幅提升第一性原理或分子动力学等材料模拟方法的精度和速度； 2、发展时间和空间上的多尺度AI模拟方法，增强物理模拟对稀有事件和复杂体系的描述能力； 3、构建和维护大规模物理模拟数据库，为材料学领域高层级AI模型的训练提供基础。

1、2027届获得博士学位，计算机、化学、物理、材料等相关专业，具备扎实的数理基础； 2、在第一性原理计算、分子动力学模拟、机器学习势能面、化学反应网络、生成模型等方面有经验者优先，有模拟方法和模型开发经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握相关领域工作工具，具有较强的算法开发能力和工程优化能力； 4、具有良好的沟通和协作能力，有较强的自我驱动力和快速学习迭代能力。
