日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：GenAI团队专注于开发跨模态生成式AI前沿技术（涵盖文本、图像、视频、落地页等），为广告主、代理商和创作者打造行业领先的创意提效及投放提效解决方案。我们致力于通过生成式AI技术实现创意工作流自动化，全面提升客户商业收益。团队立志引领广告科技与创意产业的生成式AI变革，为全球客户、创作者及整个生态体系赋能并创造价值。

1、负责GenAI团队模型Feature设计与评估，建立AIGC技术权威评估标准，推动各模型提升声量； 2、负责多种模态模型的数据管理与诊断，包括但不限于生视频模型、生图模型； 3、负责对接BC等多端需求，实现AIGC技术在广告领域内有效落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、聪明、勤奋，具备结构化思维和快速学习能力； 3、审美敏锐，对构图、色彩、镜头语言有较强把控力； 4、了解AI基础概念，使用过一些AI工具； 5、良好的自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务； 6、计算机/美学、艺术理论/市场营销相关专业优先；之前有过文生图文生视频相关实习经验优先；每周到岗四天以上，线下办公。
